This series of illustrations depict fractures of the facial bones including: the zygomatic arch, inferior orbital floor and brim, maxillary wall and lamina papiracea. The v2 nerve brach off the trigeminal nerve is crushed. The surgical repair is achieved through a transconjuctival incision to place a screw in the infraorbital brim; and a gingivobuccal sulcus incision is made through which the zygomatic arch bone fracture is reached and reduced back into place. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
