Post-operative Lobectomy - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing
This surgical illustration depicts the post-operative condition of a type of lung surgery called lobectomy. In an anterior cut-away view of the torso, the lobe of the right lung has already been removed and a chest tube inserted to drain blood and fluids. A lateral view of the torso is also included to show the formation scars from the lobectomy and chest tube placement incisions.
