Surgical Craniotomy - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing
This stock medical exhibit portrays multiple steps of a surgical craniotomy, including the scalp incision, drilling of burr holes and creation of a craniotomy flap, evacuation of a subdural hematoma, and fixation of the craniotomy flap using multiple plates and screws. The final image is an artist's interpretation of a post-operative film showing the plates and screws in place.
