This illustration depicts the female anatomy viewed from the surgeon perspective when performing a laparoscopic surgery. On this image the uterus is depicted with two fibroids and a right ovarian cyst. Also extensive adhesions are present due to previous C-section mainly depicted over the bladder flap.
