This exhibit features the following images on another 30x40 board:\r\n1. Pre-operative condition of the spine showing C4-5 and C5-6 cervical disk herniations with severe radiculopathy.\r\nNext to this, three to four surgical steps from the above stated procedure are illustrated showing the following:\r\n2. Incision into the anterior cervical region to expose the C4-C6 regions.\r\n3. Excision of the C4-5 and C5-6 disks with decompression.\r\n4. Placement of PEEK implants at both levels.\r\n5. Placement of anterior cervical plate and screws spanning C4-C6.
