Failure of Prior Hardware and Surgical Repairs - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing

This exhibit begins showing hardware failure of prior pelvic fracture repair, malalignment of pelvic ring and wound infection followed by replacement of hardware in the pelvis bringing the pelvis to anatomical alignment. Because of malunion of the hand fractures, these are drebrided and prior hardware is replaced.
